Director

Hi, I’m Brycie!

Caring for seniors has always been close to my heart. My very first job was taking care of seniors, both one-on-one in their homes and in senior care facilities. Those experiences inspired me to create my own home care agency and continue doing what I truly love—helping seniors and their families.

I’m a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), and I’m always looking for ways to further my knowledge and learn something new so I can continue making a difference in our senior community.

For me, this isn’t just a business. Senior care is where I started, and it’s something I’ve grown to truly love over the years.

Fun Fact

I’m a huge animal lover! I have two adopted cats and recently became a new dog mom, so when I’m not at Serenity, you can usually find me spending time with my little fur family.

Marketing Manager

Hi! I’m Alicia, and I’m the Marketing Manager here at Serenity Care at Home!

One of the things I love most about my role is getting the best of both worlds. I work closely with healthcare professionals, community partners, and families to help connect seniors with the care and resources they need to continue living safely and comfortably at home. I also get to be out in the community representing Serenity, building relationships, attending events, meeting new people, and, of course, having a little fun along the way!

For me, marketing is about so much more than getting our name out there. It’s about building genuine relationships and making sure families in our community know they have somewhere to turn when they need support for someone they love.

When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family, baking, traveling, and making new memories.

A Little Motto I Like to Live By:

I believe you need three things to succeed in life—a wishbone to keep dreaming, a backbone to keep you strong, and a funny bone because you have to remember to laugh and enjoy the journey!

Office Manager

Hi! I’m Caitlin, and I’m the Office Manager here at Serenity Care at Home!

I’ve worked in home care for over a decade, and throughout my journey, I’ve had the opportunity to experience many sides of senior care—from working directly with clients as a PCA to taking on administrative and activities roles.

That hands-on experience has given me a deep understanding of what our clients, families, and caregivers experience every day. My favorite part of working in home care is providing clients and their families with comfort and security during transitions that can feel overwhelming or unfamiliar.

As Office Manager, I enjoy helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes while also being someone our clients, families, and caregivers can turn to for support. Being part of a team that leads with compassion and truly cares about the people we serve is incredibly important to me.

Outside of work, I love spending time with the people closest to me and getting outdoors whenever I can. Being in nature is one of my favorite ways to relax and recharge.

A Quote That Really Speaks to Me:

“The greatness of a community is most accurately measured by the compassionate actions of its members.” — Coretta Scott King

It’s a beautiful reminder of why compassion and community are such an important part of the work we do every day.

Hi! I’m Lizbeth, and I’m the Receptionist here at Serenity Care at Home!

I’ve worked in healthcare for several years, and I’ve always enjoyed helping people feel comfortable, welcomed, and cared for. As the receptionist, I’m often one of the first friendly faces you’ll see when you walk into our office and one of the first voices you’ll hear when you give us a call!

I enjoy helping our clients, families, and caregivers with whatever they may need and making sure everyone who reaches out to Serenity feels heard and supported. I love being part of a team that truly cares about our senior community and the families we serve.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the gym, listening to music, and keeping myself busy with things I enjoy.

Fun Fact

I can be quiet when you first meet me…but once I’m comfortable, I’m definitely not quiet anymore!
