What Is Adult Family Living?
Adult Family Living (AFL) is a Connecticut Medicaid-funded home and community-based service that may allow qualifying individuals who need help with everyday activities to receive support while living with an eligible caregiver.
Instead of moving away from a familiar home environment, an eligible participant may be able to receive appropriate support while living.
